Job Description:

We are currently seeking meticulous Senior Process Executives and Process Experts to contribute to our Generative AI initiatives. Successful candidates wi l be responsible for conducting rigorous experimental research to verify the accuracy, completeness, contextual relevance, and helpfulness of AI-generated content pertaining to Business Points of Interest (POI), transit routes, and transit points. This role is instrumental in ensuring high-quality data output for the project. The resulting data wi l be used to refine AI prompts, logic, and algorithms to improve Generative AI content for end-user consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Web Research: Conduct exhaustive research utilizing multiple authorized resources and external digital platforms to validate business information, including hours of operation and geographical precision. Use Gemini / AI Mode in Chrome effectively to search for information by using prompts.
• Data Annotation: Perform high-fidelity data annotation by adhering to rigorous protocols to ensure that automated system outputs maintain contextual relevance and factual integrity
• Compliance and Policy Implementation: Utilize advanced interpretative skils to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and promptly integrate procedural updates or technical nuances Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies
• Linguistic Mastery: Nuance detection with context to grammar and culture along with skils for documentation (comprehension, interpretation and explaining their point of view as to why they took that decision)
• Cognitive and Analytical Prowess: Meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns Core Competencies & Skills:

• Content Sensitivity: Must be comfortable handling explicit and extremely sensitive content if required. Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Philosophy, Journalism, Mass communications, or a related field
• Total Experience: 1224 months of relevant experience in content writing, moderation or maps related data processing
• Desirable Maps & Content Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in Maps processes (POI verification, business listings), GenAI, Customer support / AI Content.
