Role & responsibilities
- Data Maintenance: Creates and updates records for materials (weights, sizes), vendors (locations, lead times), and customers (shipping addresses).
- Quality Control: Finds and fixes data errors, such as duplicate item numbers or wrong shipping addresses.
- System Alignment: Links data between main systems (Oracle) so all departments see the same real-time information.
- Compliance: Checks vendor and customer data against watch lists to meet international trade and safety laws.
- Process Improvement: Helps fix root causes of data errors to speed up warehouse and delivery operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- TruckMate TMS experience strongly preferred; AS400, Salesforce experience an advantage
- Prior experience in a logistics, transportation, or fleet management environment
- Ok with Night Shifts & WFO
- Immediate joiners to 15 days
