Job Description:

Join our team as an Ad Optimization Analyst and support global advertisers in managing and optimizing Ads campaigns. Collaborate with Account Managers and Campaign Managers to drive campaign performance, achieve client KPIs, and deliver business growth across APAC, EMEA, and AMER markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Ads campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Create and manage keywords, ad groups, and search campaigns.
• Generate performance reports and client insights.
• Monitor campaign pacing, spend, and KPI achievement.
• Support ad copy, targeting, and campaign optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Stay updated on PPC, SEM, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Ads, PPC, SEM, Digital Marketing, or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of Ads and online advertising concepts.
• Experience working with global clients is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Functions, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exposure to Ads or other advertising platforms is an added advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
