Cognizant Walk-in Drive For Freshers
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained.
- Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
- Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement .
- Should be able to take manage his/her own performance.
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.
- Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and speaking Hindi and English.
- Skilled in computer operations and MS Office applications.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in the preferred language.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps navigation and general geography.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity and report them to the supervisor.
- Willingness to work in different shifts and locations based on business requirements.
- Capable of applying theoretical knowledge effectively in practical situations.
