Job Description:
Provide first-level IT support to end users by resolving technical issues, managing tickets, and ensuring timely service delivery as per SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user queries via calls, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage incidents and service requests in ticketing tools
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and email issues
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain documentation
Key Skills:
- Windows OS, basic networking (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
- Active Directory & remote support tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
