Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee journal entries, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and other related tasks.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the RTR process.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on RTR best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 3-4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, GL Accounting principles.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Candidates applying MUST be comfortable with Night shifts .
