Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Detect, acknowledge, and correlate alarms/events while performing initial triage and impact assessment.
- Create, manage, and maintain incident tickets with accurate severity, timelines, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access, and application layers.
- Coordinate and manage P1/P2 incidents, including bridge calls and stakeholder communication.
- Escalate incidents to internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to minimize service impact and restore services.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, SLAs, and incident management best practices.

- Strong understanding of IP Networking, Routing, and Switching concepts.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring, incident management, and ticketing tools.
- Good coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is preferred.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification will be an added advantage.
