Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections.
- Process customer orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy by performing daily reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to order management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for finance and accounting functions.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (fresher’s can also apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly in areas such as billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, collections.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or other relevant software tools.
- Night shift comfortability is mandatory for this role
