Axis Bank Walk-in Drive For Freshers
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct field sales activities, including home loans, loan against property (LAP), mortgage loans, insurance sales, and banking products.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0-3 years of experience in relationship management or a related field such as sales or marketing.
- Strong understanding of home loans, LAP, mortgage loans, insurance sales, banking sales, and other financial services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
