Role Definition / Expectation:

  • Officer Sales I: Fresher – 1 yrs (Sales experience in any industry ,for fresher Age -21 to 28 yr )
  • Officer Sales II: 1 – 2 yrs (Sales experience in any industry )
  • AM Sales : 2 yrs + Exp. in CASA/ BFSI / banking sector

It is preferred that the candidate has banking exposure/ experience

Qualifications: Graduation from a recognized institute

About the Role:

  • Business Development Executives are part of the Bank’s front-line sales team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Primary Responsibility: Sales of the bank’s products and services to new customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in offsite marketing activities and local travel to meet potential customers on a daily basis.
  • Product Sales: Promote and sell banking and third-party products based on customer needs.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer queries and relationship management to ensure satisfaction.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve sales targets assigned by the bank within the first six months to confirm employment status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Acquisition: Sell bank and third-party products to new customers.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Conduct marketing activities and travel locally to meet potential customers on a daily basis.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Contact existing customers for additional deposits and cross-selling of banking products.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
  • Certifications: Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
  • Learning & Development: Participate in all learning and development programs conducted by the bank.
  • CRM Management: Record all customer interactions accurately in the bank’s CRM system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and legislative guidelines for every activity.
  • Participation: Support and participate in all organizational initiatives as required.

Expectations: It is preferred that the candidate has a 2 wheeler and Driving License
