Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims with US healthcare payers
- Analyze denials and take appropriate actions for claim resolution
- Ensure timely payments by coordinating with insurance companies
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate (preferred: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA)(pass-out year should be 2023 and later)
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Basic knowledge/interest in US Healthcare (preferred but not mandatory)
