Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years of working experience in digital content creation, visual design, video production, gamification development, preferably from creative digital agency background Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with building game supported by gamification platforms and tools as added advantage ( Playable experience preferred) Copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt/adjust copy as added advantage
- Familiar with B2B platform and manages content upload into B2B platform ( Example:
- Adobe Commerce/Magento) Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points) Experience in using Design software such as Adobe suite, etc.
- Experience in gamification creation tool (Playable preferred) Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms to manage content upload (Adobe Commerce/Magento) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Have good understanding of organization B2B Digital Channel Understand the brief on campaign and B2B digital strategies and support B2B content requirement for the End Market.
- Ensure the content is compliant with legal guidelines and follows the approval processes Adapt/Adjust visual for B2B Platforms, including banners, graphics, layout, product visuals etc. Develop, edit, and produce video content for B2B platforms.
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver Data, Voice and Fixed Line installation as per assigned targets New account break-in (hunting) for Data, Voice and Fixed Line.
- Cross-sell multi-product lines in existing and new customer Build & maintain healthy funnel for all three Lines of Business with earmarked levels of maturity Be aware of competition plans & collect insights for market intelligence
- Monitor competitions customer offerings and planning sales interventions for different class of clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue
- Develop new business through upsell and cross-sell with existing clients
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions as per client needs
