Job Description:

Job Title: Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller

Process: International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Address outstanding or assigned AR by performing analysis and making follow-up phone calls using available resources.
• Utilize all relevant tools and applications to drive resolution—leading to payments, corrected submissions, appeals, patient transfers, or adjustments.
• Identify and report trends such as denials, submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing roadblocks to the reporting manager.
• Meet established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for both production output and quality standards.
• Accurately document call outcomes and analysis results in the billing system in a clear and coherent manner.
• Adhere to current Policies and Procedures (P&Ps) and stay updated with any revisions or changes.
• Actively work on improving individual performance based on feedback from the reporting manager and quality audit teams.

Shift Timing : 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM Or 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM Night Shift (US Shift) Should be flexible for both the shift.

Transport : Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.
