Job Description:
- You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query.
- Handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
- You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLAs. A transformation from a necessary function for resolving customer problems into a value- generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to demonstrate an efficient use of customer service technologies to complete a customer transaction using the Automatic Call Distributor, Microsoft Office Suite,
- Customer Service System, Internet Explorer, and other browser-based applications.
- Experience related to Helpdesk query management
- Good technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirement, this will also include working in night shifts.
Education Qualifications – Undergraduate can also apply
Experience – 1-5 Years experience in International Voice and Human Resource operation.
