Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Strong domain expertise in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of financial statements P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Good knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Experience in developing financial reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with planning and forecasting tools such as OneStream and Anaplan.
- Working experience on SAP ERP and related financial modules.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
- Experience with analytics and BI tools like Power BI and Power Query, including dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; comfortable working with minimal supervision and collaborating with clients and leadership at Accenture.
- Experience in FP&A transformation/improvement initiatives, ability to handle complex analysis, make impactful decisions, and willingness to work in flexible/night shifts.
