Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications hardware, fiber optics, and structured cabling systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair network faults, hardware malfunctions, and signal connectivity issues.
- Conduct site surveys, equipment testing, and network optimization.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and industry regulations during all field operations.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of installations, maintenance routines, and repairs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 1 To 10 years of hands-on experience in telecom installation, tower maintenance, or field network support. FRESHERS ARE WELCOME
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with telecom testing instruments (e.g., OTDR, multi-meters) and standard splicing/cabling techniques.
- Key Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina for fieldwork/climbing, and a willingness to travel to project sites.
