Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Document Management: Track weekly joiners, guide candidates through post-offer document uploads, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Background Verification (BGV): Initiate BGV checks via the TRST Score portal, including GPS digital address verifications and Gold Loan reference checks.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Follow up on profile rejections, resolve candidate discrepancies, and manage rectifications to secure timely profile approvals.
- Structured Check-Ins & Engagement: Execute Day 8, Day 15, and Day 30 follow-ups with frontline new hires using dedicated tracking sheets to evaluate role clarity and integration.
- Early Retention & Support: Identify initial friction points (such as login/technical errors, attendance, or manager alignment) and log actionable feedback to minimize early attrition.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, joining formalities, background verification, document verification etc.
- Fresher MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
