Job Description:
Responsible for acquiring and managing car loan customers through branch banking channels. The role involves direct customer interaction, cross-selling banking products, ensuring compliance, and driving disbursals to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition Source new car loan customers within the branch catchment area.
- Engage with existing customers for repeat funding and cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales Targets Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursal targets. Maintain portfolio quality with the right mix of new and used car loans.
- Branch Collaboration Work closely with branch staff, relationship managers, and channel partners. Pitch liability products alongside loan offerings.
- Compliance & Risk Ensure adherence to audit, credit, and operational guidelines. Drive proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Customer Experience Deliver seamless loan processing and personalized service.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Digital Enablement Promote use of digital banking tools for faster loan processing.
- Support automation initiatives for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- 04 years of experience in retail lending, preferably car loans.
- Strong communication skills (English and local language).
- Sales orientation with customer-centric approach.
