Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 1 Year of Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
- Only Immediate joiners.
- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
