Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidate from 1 to 15 years of Experience in the below mentioned skills.
Employee Data Management:
- This role provides client services for Employee & Org Data Mgmt which may include from hire to retire services.
- business experience with Employee & Org data Mgmt background.
- Knowledge of Employee & Org data Mgmt Processes ( New Hires, Exit, Job Changes etc).
Compensation Administration:
- Process employee tickets and service requests related to compensation changes, benefits enrollment, and policy queries via HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
- Support execution of salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and incentive payouts in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including compensation structures and benefits data.
Case Management:
- Manage Process-Related Queries: Proactively handle all process-related inquiries, seeking guidance from the leads or tenured subject matter experts (SMEs) when facing complex issues. Ensure that all communications, both written and verbal, are clear, professional, and of high quality.
- Data Entry and Service Request Management: Efficiently enter data into HR1S and handle service requests via the Oracle Helpdesk system as and when needed, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. Provide support and manage requests in a structured and organized manner
- Work Accuracy and Review: Double-check all completed work before submission to ensure it meets the required standards. This is to ensures that transactions or Service request is error-free, resulting into client satisfaction
