Job Description:

Provide first-level IT support to end users by resolving technical issues, managing tickets, and ensuring timely service delivery as per SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle user queries via calls, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage incidents and service requests in ticketing tools
  • Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and email issues
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain documentation

Key Skills:

  • Windows OS, basic networking (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
  • Active Directory & remote support tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
