Job Description:
Drive acquisition of new customers and growth in CASA (Current & Savings Account) with a strong focus on revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire CASA customers through field sales and open market sourcing
- Drive cross-sell of Insurance & Mutual Funds
- Generate leads via references, networking, and local activities
- Achieve defined sales targets (highly target-oriented role)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure KYC compliance and process adherence
Eligibility:
- Graduate
- 0- 4 years of sales experience (Banking/NBFC preferred)
- Strong communication and sales aptitude
- Comfortable with field sales & target-driven environment
