Job Description:
LTTS is looking for an experienced Manager Electrical Product Design to support strategic customers (global OEMs). This role combines customer engagement, technical leadership, and project management in the Power & Utility domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for key customers in electrical product design.
- Lead design and development for: LV/MV/HV Protection Devices (Switchgears, MCBs, MCCBs, Relays), Transformer & Bus Bar Design, Power Distribution Units, Microgrid Solutions, and Energy Storage.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ISO standards.
- Understanding of power system studies & familiar with advanced tools like ETAP, PSCAD, AutoCAD, ANSYS, PTC, CATIA for modeling and simulation.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal team for innovative solutions.
- Drive initiatives in Energy Efficiency, Renewable Integration, and Smart Grid Technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5–12 years in electrical product design and customer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HV systems and protection devices, power distribution and automation products, renewable energy systems and energy storage.
- Familiarity with global standards and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
