Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products
CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly
Explaining the customers product features and benefits
Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets
Training will be given.
Skills Requirements:
Graduate Mandatory (Full time/Part time/ Correspondence)
Good Communication in English/Hindi
Age: 20-30
Open for voice process
Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage
Experience – 0-2 years
