Job Details:

2. Qualification: B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM (Only graduates are eligible for Interview) and 15 Years (10+2+3) of qualification is mandate)
3. Shifts: Rotational/Night Shift
4. Notice Period: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proficient with basic computer knowledge
2. Excellent website research & navigation skills
3. Should be good in reading/understanding/interpretation of the content
4. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts (Rotational)
5. Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
6. Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English
7. Should be able to manage outbound calls in a timely manner following the scripts when handling different subjects/scenarios
8. Ability to assimilate process knowledge quickly and efficiently
9. Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
