Mega Walk-In drive for Content Moderation roles || Walk-In venue: Begumpet, Hyderabad on 8th November 2025 (Saturday)
- Date: 8th November 2025 (Saturday)
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
- Experience: 0-2 years (previous exp. In voice/non voice process) (For freshers, we are not considering pursuing/result awaited candidates)
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograhp should be pasted on resume), 2 copy of resume, Original Aadhar card
Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
- Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
- Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
