Accenture Walk-in Drive For Customer Service Associate

- Shift timings: Night Shift -(24*7) (Rotational week off)

Role & Responsibilities:
- You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
- You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA looking for a candidate who is good in communication and has good knowledge on metrics of Customer Support Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- You should be flexible to work in any shift.
- Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
- Provide recruitment support to candidates (fresh applicants, rehire) as per defined processes
- Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal
