Job Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling account opening and servicing activities
  • Set performance targets (KPIs) and monitor daily productivity
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
  • Supervise end-to-end processing of new account openings (Retail & HNI clients)
  • Ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage onboarding processes such as IPV (In-Person Verification), CKYC, FATCA, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client activation
  • PMS (Portfolio Management Services) Operations
  • Oversee onboarding of PMS clients and ensure documentation compliance
  • Monitor PMS account setup, reporting, and service requests
  • Coordinate with PMS providers and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Ensure smooth execution of transactions and reporting requirements
  • Ensure timely processing within defined TAT
  • Perform validation checks to prevent errors and fraud risks
  • Process & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal policy guidelines
  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation standards
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Handle escalations from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Track daily/weekly KPIs productivity, TAT, error rates
  • Prepare MIS reports for management
  • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
  • Demat & Trading account opening processes
  • PMS operations
  • KYC & regulatory compliance (SEBI guidelines)
  • Leadership & team management skills
  • Attention to detail and process orientation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • 4-8 years of experience in stock broking / financial services
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience
  • Hands-on experience in Demat/Trading account opening & modifications
