Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for domestic and/or international BPO hiring, ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Customer Support roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Good sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply (optional).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in domestic or international BPO hiring.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
