Job Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems, databases, and Excel files.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Handle data entry from documents, forms, emails, and other sources.
- Maintain proper records and ensure all information is updated within the defined timelines.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or missing information.
- Perform basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification is required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Complete daily assigned data-entry targets within the required timelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good understanding of data entry and documentation processes.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
