Job Description :
- Guide the scrum team and product owner, and ensuring all agile practices are followed by team members
- Lead the Scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum best practices
- Help the scrum teams identify and fill in the gaps in Agile implementation to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Help the teams commit to a plan to achieve iterative delivery milestones
- Remove impediments and coach the scrums team on removing impediments
- Communicate data-based status, Risks and Issues to stakeholders
- Support the Scrums team to use Agile tools; Own the Agile metrics reporting and ADO Dashboards
- Own and champion the Agile mindset

Qualifications / Experience
- Prior experience of developing as part of a scrum team a must
- Experience with ADO to enable data-based planning, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Proven back-end or full-stack development experience, proficient in any of the following:
