Job Description / Key Activities
Creative Chase – Co coordinating with agencies on email and send Document containing spec links
QA of creatives/ tags – Check if the tags adhere to Foxtel specs sent by agencies
Upload creatives/tags – Upload creatives in GAM update tracker & follow up amendment’s
Creative level targeting – Follow MI if any from the agency
Screenshots – Take Proof of creative activity which went live,
Missing Creative Report – To check performance of campaign line update status of inactive existing or upcoming lines in internal tracker
Video Error report – To check if the creatives are working properly
Billing reports – Generate mid-month, EOM reports for reconciling budgets
Allocation – Allocate revenue in client tool as per the generated reports over / under delivery
Increase business process workflows efficiency by constant innovation & sharing of ideas
