1. Oversee and participate in administering, scoring and processing a variety of assessment tests to assure right candidate hiring at all the levels; assure assessment activities comply with related compliance and standards.

2. Administer normative, formative and summative assessments for trainees’ learning journey.
3. Assist in the design, implementation, administration and revision of assessment /testing operations; monitor assessment functions for effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Assist with developing and implementing Business skill assessment, Domain assessment and process assessment for all the different levels of trainees.
5. Coordinate assessment/testing services with the Business units to align with the skill set requirement on the floor.
6. Generate actionable MI : Act as a source of information to Talent accusation team, training delivery team and business units regarding assessment tests and trends
Skillset and Experience (Pre-requisite):
1. Must-Have hands on experience of a minimum of 2 years in Educational Assessment domain
2. Must-Have have critical thinking, and report writing and presentation skills.
3. Should have the ability to investigate and analyze information
4. Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas etc) and powerpoint
5. Able to work independently while working efficiently with members of other teams.
6. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
