• Minimum recent 2 years of experience in WFM (Workforce Management) / RMG (Resource Management Group) functions in the Telecom \IT Industry is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and stake-holder management skills. Doer and getting things done attitude, Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI

Training and Upskilling Resources :

• Plan training/cross-training and Upskilling of all resources.
• Hiring recommendations based on forecasted resource needs. Ensuring the right resources, with the right skill sets, available at the right times

Demand & Supply :

• Partner with Business for Resource forecasting, understanding open requirements
• Work closely with Delivery Managers to identify appropriate resource requirements for each account and project.
• Responsible for tracking utilization of each delivery resource.
• Proactive planning of resources based on opportunities in pipeline / potential attrition in collaboration with HR & business team
• Plan for excess capacity in case of unexpected ramp downs / roll off
• Run weekly resource meetings and facilitate weekly call to discuss resourcing issues/ conflict resolution with appropriate Delivery Managers, Delivery Head,
• Publish Weekly, Monthly, and periodic report of Demand Supply
• Great coordination with different stakeholders to build a strong relationship with internal teams
• Familiarity with Recruitment process & practices.
  It is also required that this position enforce company processes by utilizing and requesting all Delivery Managers use proper procedures when requesting resources

Bench Management :

• Governance of bench & implement measures to be at the optimal number .
• Interact closely with the Delivery Managers to ensure the most logical resources are assigned to staff each project.
