Job Description For Mast Global Recruitment
Purpose:
To work independently on development of Extracts, Reports and Fast formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Overview:
- Responsible for any new development of Extracts, Fast Formulas and reports in HCM Fusion.
- Review periodic release notes and application patches to coordinate the impact analysis with various functional SMEs and accordingly retrofit impacted reports and interfaces.
- Able to debug reports or templates used in Interfaces when Batch failure occurs.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues related to Fast Formulas and HCM
- Extracts on various modules like Core HR, Benefits and Payroll in HCM.
Qualifications For Mast Global Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical skills, including query writing and execution, data validation and analysis,
2 to 4 years of experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and BI Publisher. - Strong domain knowledge of HCM Payroll/Compensation/Benefits
- Understands waterfall software development lifecycle, familiarity with an agile methodology is a plus.
