Roles and Responsibilities : Khazana Jewellery Walkin
- To sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver.
- Responsible for the Sales Counter.
- Responsible to check stocks / items received from Store Room and tally it with the previous day’s closing stock.
- Display all items in the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
- To maintain the sales kit.
- To check the quality and quantity of the products.
- To handle the customers independently and to clear their doubts.
- To take care of the customers by organizing chairs and refreshments.
- To handle customers reservation / modification / cancellation / exchange / home delivery, etc.,
- To prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter personally.
- To make feel the Customer to visit Khazana again.
