Job Description for ION job
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will work in the Information Systems Team and will be expected to perform the following duties:
Customization and Enhancement of Corporate Applications, Atlassian Jira and Confluence and internally developed Java, PHP/JavaScript applications.
Develop complex solutions for internal applications requirements based on need.
Participate in Corporate applications integration and upgrade initiatives.
Participate in the functional design of Corporate Applications.
To act as an escalation point for issues (3rd Level support).
Produce and maintain documentation, including Knowledge bases / How-to / User training materials

Required Skills & Experience :
Extensive JIRA administration and configuration
JIRA standard plugins development and configuration
Knowledge of DBMS administration & SQL development (preferably SQL Server)

Very good problem solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of APIs and integrating them with different applications.
Good understanding or work experience in release management of applications.
Availability to travel (domestic and international travel may be occasionally required).
Should have 3+ years of industry experience.
