Role Responsibilities
The Managed Services and Support Engineer works to monitor, resolve issues and support our customers’ mission critical business integrations and processes. The works directly with customers and consulting teams to maintain their technical solutions with the Dell Boomi platform.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor integration Processes for performance, process activity, alerts and errors and provide notice to customer of non-standard conditions
– Troubleshoot process related issues and advise/resolve with the customer and Boomi support teams
– Resolve data-related errors, application connectivity and configuration issues.
– Upgrade managed services processes, maps and profiles to meet changing standards or configurations
– Upon customers request, perform account administration, some training and technical support for customers on the Dell Boomi Platform and the Managed Service program.
-A passion to solve customer problems using your technical prowess and refined communication skills to help address customers’ business requirements using our platform
– Maintain relationship with managed services customers
– Ability to work earlier or later shift
– Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
– 2-3 years of relevant IT experience and at least two years of working experience in Boomi or other integration tools.
– Candidate must have a strong customer orientation, excellent phone etiquette and an excellent work ethic to meet staffing attendance requirements
– Candidate should also posses excellent communications skills and be in position to work under pressure with calmness and composure
– The Managed Services and Support Engineer works to monitor, resolve issues and support our customers’ mission critical business integrations and processes
– Work directly with customers and consulting teams to maintain their technical solutions with the Dell Boomi platform
– Candidates should be willing to work in earlier or later shifts( 10pm-6:am IST)
– Candidates should be willing to work on weekends (One shift will be Tues through Saturday, and the other will be Sunday through Thursday) and when required on both Saturday and Sunday.
