- Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in a previous technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Networking TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, STP, RSTP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP) , Routing and Switching.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Night Shift/Weekend shift as required.
Desirable Requirements:
- Cisco certifications likeCertifications like CCNA, CCNP,VCA, VCP or other equivalent & relevant certifications.
- Desire to learn new technologies, adapt leadership techniques, and implement networking best practices
