Key Job Responsibilities – ML Data Associate II (Amazon) :
- Maintain strict confidentiality, ensuring customer privacy remains a top priority
- Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video
- Deliver high-quality labeled data using internal tools and guidelines to meet Amazon’s AI development KPIs
- Demonstrate proficiency in producing human insight data across various modalities such as text, image, video, and audio
- Make sound judgments when working with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Maintain a strong eye for detail and quickly adapt to changes in task categories
- Support daily operational deliverables across multiple assigned task types
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and suggest solutions to improve labeling quality
- Identify and report process and operational issues in SOPs and tools, suggesting changes for smooth workflow
- Provide floor support and assist with internal task-related queries as needed
