Job Description – ADP Jobs Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and test cases according to business and functional requirements
- Liaise with users, product owners and development team members to ensure that planned testing meets the quality standards.
- Review requirements and other product documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.
- Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
- Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
- Update test planning and execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly-scheduled status updates.
- Create test status reports and metrics (e.g., Test Dashboard).
- Provide reliable estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
- Identify and lead process improvement and documentation initiatives to reduce number of defects, increase coverage of testing and improve overall testing strategy.
