General Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Client Hiring Manager population to qualify all new hiring requisitions into the Vendor Management System and advise on market rates
- Screen and qualify all CVs submitted by 3rd party Vendors to the Client
- Act as main point of contact between 3rd party Vendors and Client
- Maintenance of VMS up including but not limited to the following:
- Actioning cost centre / hiring manager/timesheet approver changes
- Tracking of Worker end dates in the VMS system and actioning extensions as per the Client’s request within HR system and monitor approval process
- Coordinating the Contingent Worker onboarding process – interaction with Client, Suppliers, and candidates to ensure contracts, system and building access is in place
- Tracking and coordination of interview scheduling
- Monitoring the time and expense process – ie ensuring workers have submitted timesheets correctly and in a timely manner and that timesheet approvers are approving by the set deadline
- Work closely with the back office Direct Sourcing specialist to ensure that Direct Hire SLAs in Singapore are met
- Manage Background Screening process for Singapore Contingent Worker hires
- Act as HR contact for any worker offboarding/termination issues on Client Site
- Assisting with any general queries eg. timesheet queries, basic VMS technical questions or any other ad-hoc enquiry

- Strong organization and planning skills, ability to manage high volume of work and multiple changing / conflicting priorities.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, mature with positive and can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in an administrative / business support /HR role.
- Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workload
- Experience of working in a recruitment administration / coordination role
- Experience of working with Recruitment system technology is preferable
