Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source and attract top talent for various non-IT roles across the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and present job offers to candidates.
- Onboard new hires and provide them with the necessary support and resources.
