Role & Responsibilities :
- Answer Customer Queries professionally through all the service channels and provide information/resolution within the specified time.
- Record and categorize all customer interactions.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company
- Handle customer queries via Calls and Emails with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- HSC or any Graduate Fresher’s.
- Min 6 Months Customer Service Experience.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Age Upto 35
