Job Description :

Designation : Customer Service Associate.

Process : Banking Voice

Location : Egmore, Chennai.
Mode of Work : Work from office.
Working Days : 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
Role : Permanent | On-Role.

Preferred Candidates :

• Only Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
• Salary: INR 14000 to INR 23000 Take Home (Based on languages fluency and Interview performance).

Job Details :

• As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Any Graduate (Graduation Mandatory)
• Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
• Languages Required : “LOOKING FOR THREE LANGUAGES SPEAKING CANDIDATE” combination of (Hindi + Any 2 Mentioned languages).
  Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi, Konkani, Assamese.
• For Example: (Hindi English Tamil), (Hindi English Bengali), (Hindi English Marathi), (Hindi English Telugu, (Hindi English Malayalam), (Hindi English Kannada), (Hindi English Odia) …etc.
• Willing to do rotational shifts.
• Rotational shifts & Rotational week off
• Age: Less than 32years.
