- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via Calls or Email and Chat.
- Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally
- Should have good written English Skills”.
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
- Fixed Day shift and Two days Rotational week off.
- Work Location: Tech Mahindra Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore.
- Mode of Work: Work from Office.
