Job Description For TCS:
Responsibilities :
Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
Ownership of O2C Functions as Cash Allocation, Collection back office, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting.
Review of O2C activities investigation on Unidentified cash, Delinquent customer analysis, O2C Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Credit & Collection meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
Functional working experience in ERPs like SAP / S4 Hana preferred
