Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience: 1 to 8 years in fraud operations, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Fraud Management Expertise: Proven experience managing large-scale fraud operations teams with a focus on delivery excellence, innovation, and analytical insights.
- Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with fraud detection and prevention platforms, analytics, and automation of reporting processes.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to design and execute fraud risk frameworks across diverse banking products — including Deposits, Cards, Payments, Lending, Trade, and Digital Banking.
