Job Summary :
- Role : Logistics Associate
- Experience: 1 year to 5 years
- Job Location: Kolkata
Eligibility :
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field)
- Willing to work in rotational shift
Skills & Responsibilities :
Experience and competence in
- Daily commercials and documentation for railway rakes
- Rake booking and rail receipts
- Indenting
- Wagon accounting and Demurrage processing
- Reporting
- Previous experience with railways interfacing is a plus
- Data analysis and reporting using Excel is required
- Experience in rail and road logistics operations, billing is required
- Experience in related SAP operations required
- Creation of delivery orders/ stock transfer orders
- indent booking
- Road invoicing & documentation such as test certificates and road tax required
- PGI process
- Reporting
- Good receipt (GRN) process
- Raw material inventory reporting
- Raw material transfer posting in SAP
- Physical inventory reporting
- Tracking stock in transit
- Returns process
- Experienced in raw material operations in bulk material such as coal and coke
