Job Description :

Network Design and Implementation :

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud networks.
• Developing and documenting network architectures and standards.
• Planning and executing network upgrades and migrations.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving :

• Diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
• Monitoring network performance and identifying potential problems.
• Developing and implementing solutions to improve network performance and security.

Security :

• Implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control lists.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Mentorship and Leadership :

• Mentoring and guiding junior network engineers.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure network integration and support.

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
• Experience with network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills :

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
